About the DSA Theory Test
The DSA Theory test for car drivers is split into 2 parts. The multiple choice quiz and the hazard perception test.

Part 1 - The multiple choice quiz
From the 3 September 2007

The first part the multiple choice quiz for car drivers consists of 50 questions, with each question is a list of potential answers. You need to select the correct answer, or answers, by touching the appropriate part of the computer screen. You have 57 minutes to complete the test. To pass you need to answer 43 out of the 50 questions correctly.

Part 2 - Hazard Perception Test

The second part of the theory is the hazard perception test, this cositsts of 14 video clips containing 15 developing hazards. Thirteen of the clips contain 1 developing hazard and one clip contains 2.
To pass this part of the test you must score 44 out of a possible 75.
